Prior to receiving your money, you must complete the following:
Post 1 message on the RFDF Exchange Forum per $10 invested. For example, if at the time of reimbursement, you have accumulated $100, you should have a minimum of 10 posts. These are tracked on your RFDF Exchange Profile. The posts should be helpful to other community members, particularly the younger generation. Feel free to reply to an existing message as well as start a new topic.
In addition, for every $250 invested, you are required to make a live presentation to a group of U.S. migrant students (sons & daughters of farm workers) and/or farm workers. The RFDF Team can assist you with presentation material and organizations to contact. Please e-mail exchange@risingfarmworkers.org when you are ready to start the planning process.
According to our records, you are classified as a "Young Professional", which means that your investment is considered a "credit" and can only be disbursed to you after you submit receipts for eligible expenses, including:
*Testing Fees - GMAT fees, CFA exam fees, etc.; limit to 1 reimbursement per test taken.
**Test Preparation Fees – to prepare for GMAT, CFA, CIPM Exam, etc.; limit of $1,000 total per Young Professional.
**Admissions Consulting Fees – to gain admission to a Top 30 business school (MBA Program); limit of $5,000 per Young Professional
**Professional Development Conferences – discretionary conferences that are intended to enhance knowledge of finance and business for the Young Professional; Young Professionals MUST obtain approval from RFDF Team (e-mail at exchange@risingfarmworkers.org ) for any reimbursable conference. limit of $1,000 total per Young Professional.
