Consistent with our philosophy of helping only those who want to help themselves and help others, the funds you allocate to a specific student will not be given to that student immediately. Rather, the student will be required to engage in activities which will help the student and the general farmworking community.

Investments in the General RFDF Fund will be used for discretionary purposes, including investing in students, outreach programs, and general operational expenses.

- Find one or more students that you believe in based on criteria such as education, farmworking background, and career interests
- Your investment will be leveraged - prior to receiving your investment, all students are required to complete tasks that help elevate the farmworking community
- 100% of your investment will go to the student(s) you select

- Invest in the overall vision of the Rising Farmworker Dream Fund
- Your investment will be used to launch new and innovative initiatives with the purpose of helping farmworkers help themselves
- 100% of your investment will be used to increase the organizational capabilities of the foundation
